2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current UK rate (20%) will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though orders already placed will be honoured at the quoted price.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure payment gateway (Worldpay).
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at your expense unless they are faulty.
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. Vehicle Compatibility
While we make every effort to ensure parts compatibility information is accurate, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that parts are suitable for their specific vehicle before ordering. If in doubt, please contact us with your VIN or registration number before placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.
