We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Free Delivery
Orders over £150 (ex. VAT) qualify for free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will usually be dispatched the same or next working day, subject to stock availability.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may take an additional 1-3 working days. A surcharge may apply for remote areas — this will be shown at checkout.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
