Delivery Information
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using FedEx. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address, so you will always see the exact cost before you pay.
Delivery Charges
Charges are quoted live by FedEx once you reach the checkout. Heavier and bulkier parts cost more to send, and deliveries outside the UK mainland are charged at a different rate. Nothing is added to your delivery charge after you have placed your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will usually be dispatched the same or next working day, subject to stock availability.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Delivery to these areas is charged at the rate shown at checkout and may take an additional 1-3 working days.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
