Returns Policy

At Maxus Parts Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

14-Day Return Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and delivery instructions
  3. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • Faulty or incorrect item: We will cover return shipping costs

Exchanges

If you need a different part, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest service.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the fault
  • Photographs showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Electrical components that have been fitted
  • Fluids and lubricants
  • Items that have been modified or fitted to a vehicle

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
