How do I make sure a part fits my van?
Search by your vehicle using our VIN Lookup or Registration Lookup, or browse the Parts Catalogue for your model. We check the registration or VIN against your order before it is dispatched. If you are unsure, call us on 01953 528800 and we will check it for you.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We deliver throughout the UK using FedEx. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is typically £10.84 including VAT; heavier and bulkier parts are quoted at the checkout, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Most parts are ordered in specially, so please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Body panels and large items come over from the manufacturer and take approximately 7-8 weeks. Can I return a part?
Yes. Consumers have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Different terms apply to business and trade customers. Faulty or incorrectly supplied parts are always replaced or refunded in full. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account at the checkout to track your orders and order again more quickly.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Garages, bodyshops and fleet operators can apply for a Trade Account.
How can I pay?
We accept card payments (Visa and Mastercard) securely at the checkout, processed by Worldpay.
What if a part shows “Request a price”?
Some parts are priced to order. Use the request button on the product page or call us and we will come back to you with a price.
